Marketing for your business
Not all marketing consultancies understand small businesses like I do. I work in partnership with you, so you’re always in control. Do be prepared for probing questions during a Marketing Consultation because I’ll want to find out about you, how you run your business, and most importantly who your clients are.
Once I’ve analysed all that information, I’ll be able to pinpoint what your existing clients and target market want or need. Then I can help you plan and market to them more effectively. I may see you once, or more often, it’s entirely up to you.
Maximum value for money
I know how tight budgets can be. My marketing consultation role is to give you marketing advice that will bring good return for minimum outlay. My consultation services are available on an hourly basis, on a half day basis or on a full-day basis.
It’s likely that we will focus a consultation on your marketing materials
You may need some help with your print and/or online messaging. When we develop new materials we will have very clear objectives: To retain existing clients and win new ones, sell products and services, and to outshine your competition (of course)!
It’s also possible that you will need a Website Review and/or an in-depth Google Analytics review of your website statistics, a Keyword Research or an Optimum Site Structure report. And you may need your profiles, website content or print materials to be written or re-written.

Everything we discuss is confidential. If you wish me to sign a non-disclosure document that is fine with me, I have signed many during my long career!
Testers
When appropriate I use a team of confidential testers to get feedback on marketing materials.
It’s a good way to gauge what people like and what turns them off, what they understand from the messaging, and ultimately of course, if they would buy your, your products or services.
Tester feedback will help us hone the key messages we need to go out with. At the end of the day it’s the customer and consumer opinion that matters the most in business.
